What information do we collect?

When you send a booking request, we collect your name, phone number, e-mail address, service address or area, car make and model, car size, selected service package, add-ons, requested booking date and time, and any notes you provide.

Why do we use it?

We use the information to process the booking request, confirm the time and price, provide the service, communicate with customers, maintain service history and comply with accounting and legal obligations.

E-mails and notifications

Booking confirmations and related notifications are sent through the configured business e-mail system. The e-mail log may include delivery status, recipient and booking reference so we can verify whether a notification was sent.

How long do we keep it?

We keep booking and customer information for as long as needed for service history, customer communication and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Who receives the information?

Our website hosting, database, e-mail and, if used, calendar providers may process information only to the extent needed to provide those services. We do not sell your information.

Website statistics
